Start a digital word document to bring together into one place the following information . . .

Your website and company information

• legal company / organization / website name

• full street address / location  and/or  - mail address - billing addresses

• phone numbers - fax Numbers - toll free numbers

• email addresses - email forwarding addresses

Do you want to include information about owners, employees or departments?

If so include the specific information needed for the purpose intended.

That could be info like . . .


• education and degrees

• certifications

• memberships of trade organizations

• number of years experience

• unique backgrounds and experience

Your "brick and mortar" facility . . .

• size (square feet or other meaningful description)

• is the facility and/or equipment "state of art"?

• does it have other intrinsic benefits?

• list the facilities applicable features or amenities.

• list applicable equipment needed to communicate your credibility and services

• do you want to post pics of the building and equipment ?

The overall objective is communicating your experience and credibility. Quickly and completely establishing your credibility is essential to your websites ultimate success.
