Rimsurfer- Arizona Hiking Trails
Do you just love this great Arizona outdoors yet ever wish you could visually review a trail before you decided to hike it? Well, now you can with a Rimsurfer photo review of over 75 Arizona regional hiking trails each with it's own extensive "click through" photo gallery.
My goal is to be Arizona's top regional hiking trails photo gallery review and adventure resource for the Prescott National Forest, Tonto National Forest and surrounding Central and Northern outdoor areas of Yavapai and Gila County.
Currently I have taken more than 20,000 scenic photos for your trail review enjoyment. Along with the continuous photo record of the trail I also provide you with important trail facts, surface mix, trail type, hiking and safety tips.
This site is one of my own . . .
This is the one that started it all. The "big kahuna"! I can not even
begin to total the hours of effort and hands on learning "adventure"
(especially in SEO / SERP) that I discovered in building, defining
and growing this site.

Note on Rimsufer . . .
At one time it was a PR4 website with over 30,000 pages of html linked up with over 30,000 regional digital photos for the Rim Country area that I personally took. It even had a very usable local business directory with over 1200 pages of local businesses where you could find just about any identifiable business in the Rim Country either by their name or trade. It would return their biz phone and address info and a pre-view with link to their website.
I gained some insight along the way and refocused the function of Rimsurfer to fit it's purpose and mission. It is an extensive Photogallery walk through of Northern Arizona Hiking Trails. It currenty has about 75 Hiking Trail galleries with over 20,000 web optimized photos on the site. We have about 15 more trails to optimize and post (about 8,000 raw photos) then another 15 to hike and shoot and we will have reached our first goal level of 101 trails!
I do not track Rimsurfer this way as the keyword report for 75+ trail keyword combinations across the top se's would probably take several hours to run and get us banned from their servers. Plus . . .
What is very satisfying to me is to track it's usage, how they found it, average pages viewed, how long they stayed on the site along with some occasional positive feedback forms.
